Jim is excited to bring his particular skills and enthusiasm for real estate to the mid-valley. Having lived in Corvallis for most of his life he is substantively familiar with the people and places of the Corvallis area, which puts him in a unique position to provide critical contacts and information to prospective clients. After graduating from a the University of Oregon Jim worked in the retail and banking sectors, learning through time and experience how to identify and meet client needs in a professional and efficient manner. Jim can also supply extensive data regarding temporary accommodations to those who are in the process of relocating to Corvallis.

Working in partnership with brokers Gene Buccola and Gail Milton, Jim can provide substantial resources and industry know-how to his clients. With the combined experience of over 50 years in the business, they are well known in the mid-valley for being one of the best teams in real estate. In conjunction with the Hasson Company of Realtors and the Buccola Group, Jim can offer a wonderfully different broker experience: one that tailors itself not only to the goals, but also to the distinctive style and personality of his clients.

Jim enjoys performing music, playing sports, and hiking the beautiful trails of Oregon. His travels have taken him through many parts of the world, including England, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia, Ethiopia, Mexico, and much of the U.S. His literary interests include philosophy, history, and science.
